Program Description:
The site infrastructure project is a comprehensive, eighteen-month effort to construct critical campus infrastructure systems, including site grading; drainage and flood control; power and telecommunications utility tunnels; electrical, heat and chilling generation; and internal traffic arteries and site landscaping. Site Infrastructure is a green-field project, and an integral part of the program management effort has been devoted to environmental mitigation and preservation of endangered species habitat on campus property.
