Curtis Creel, PE

Curtis Creel is a licensed civil engineer and has the distinction of managing the operations of what was at one time the largest water distribution system in the world, the California Aqueduct. He has over 33 years of expertise focused on water resources development and management in California effectively collaborating among local, State, and federal teams. Mr. Creel operates with direct accountability in an executive management capacity for large-scale water programs throughout the State and has demonstrated effective facilitation, engagement, and the unique ability to gain concurrence among a variety of stakeholders.
