She collaborates closely with regulatory agencies throughout project planning efforts, oversees organizational development, and manages project implementation. Jessica manages schedules, issues resolution, facilitates agreement negotiations, and assists in regulatory compliance activities for large-scale infrastructure programs throughout California.
